WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT YET?
A few items have longer expected delivery date. It would be ideal if you check the normal delivery date of the item, you have ordered on the site. In the event that the expected delivery date is past due, there may be some unexpected conditions because of which your order can't be delivered. We will send you an email or call you to inform about such delays.
HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER(S)?

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY SHIPPING OR DELIVERY CHARGES?
Free delivery for order value above INR 499. For order value below INR 499, shipping charge of INR 99 will be applicable.

THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER IS DELAYED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Generally orders are delivered on time. But in case of any delays, we will notify you in advance.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS APPROVED BUT HASN'T BEEN SHIPPED YET?
Generally if orders are not shipped after 3 days of order approval, we will refund your order.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
We will notify you via sms/email/in-app notification
HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET MY ORDER DELIVERED?
Expected delivery will be mentioned while placing the order.
MY ORDER STATUS SHOWS 'OUT FOR DELIVERY', BUT I HAVEN'T GOT IT YET. WHEN WILL I GET IT?
You need to wait till maximum 8pm. And if for certain reason our delivery partner is not able to deliver due to some unforseen reason, we will notify you about the same via SMS/email/In-app notification.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
For prepaid orders it takes typically 7-10 working days to reflect in your bank account. For COD orders it takes 3-4 working days to process refund once we have received the item back at our warehouse.
ARE THERE ANY GUIDELINES FOR WRITING PRODUCT REVIEWS?
No vulgar content should be posted in product reviews.

Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock' or 'Temporarily Unavailable'?
No you cannot.
Are there any hidden charges when I shop on Bibicart?
No there are no hidden charges.
